
Director Enterprise Architecture

Seeking a Director of Enterprise Engineering to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives. This role will drive digital transformation, transitioning legacy systems to cloud-based architectures and enhancing development and testing practices. Current tech stack includes Java, .NET, Salesforce (LWC, Apex), MuleSoft, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute enterprise engineering strategy for scalable, secure IT systems
Lead cloud and infrastructure operations (AWS, Azure, vSphere, networks)
Drive modernization using AI/ML and advanced analytics
Manage cross-functional teams (development, systems, databases, SDLC)
Partner with leadership on governance, vendors, budgeting, and risk
Requirements:
10–15 years of experience; 5+ years in leadership roles
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, virtualization, and enterprise systems
Experience managing large, diverse engineering teams
Knowledge of modern tech stack (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, CI/CD)
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
