We’re a field-focused production builder developing a large-scale master-planned community (3,000 living units plus commercial, parks, and open space). We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to manage multiple homes and keep schedules tight, trades accountable, and quality high. Position Summary:

The Production Home Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of residential home construction within Mayberry’s master-planned residential development. This role ensures homes are built on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site residential construction activities from start to completion Manage trade partners and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards Coordinate daily construction schedules and sequencing of work Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with purchasing, design, and sales teams to resolve field issues Manage municipal inspections and ensure timely approvals Perform quality control walkthroughs and pre-closing inspections Ensure timely completion of homes for customer orientations and closings Maintain accurate job documentation, reports, and schedules Compensation

$85,000 base salary – negotiable pending experience Bonus opportunities + benefits Qualifications

3–7 years of residential construction experience, preferably in production homebuilding Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes Proven ability to manage multiple homes in various stages of construction Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume production environments OSHA safety training or certification Familiarity with local building conditions and climate considerations Why Join Our Team
