Rate $35-40/hr

Top Requirements
3+ years of mortgage servicing experience (must be clearly shown)
Insurance compliance / insurance review experience (NOT insurance sales or agency)
Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA multifamily loans
Plusses
Experience with major servicers (Capital One, Walker & Dunlop, Greystone)
Agency-side experience (Fannie/Freddie)
Insurance risk or compliance background
Job Summary This role supports insurance monitoring and compliance for multifamily agency loans. The consultant will review insurance policies and certificates at renewal to ensure adherence to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines, while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve coverage issues.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Review and validate insurance policies and certificates for compliance
Monitor renewals and ensure coverage meets agency guidelines
Identify and resolve insurance deficiencies with internal/external partners
Communicate with lenders, servicing teams, and third parties
Support low‑complexity business execution tasks and reporting
