Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing, route‑based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this role may be a great fit. What You’ll Do
Visiting customers face‑to‑face and professionally representing Auto‑Chlor Restocking chemical products and supplies Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided) Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts Working in back‑of‑house kitchen environments require bending, lifting, and physical activity Who This Role Is Great For
Someone who is comfortable in busy kitchen environments, enjoys customer interaction, and likes seeing the results of their work each day will thrive in this role. What You’ll Get
$25/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on‑call pay Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM On‑call rotation: Roughly every 8‑12 weeks Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation Company‑provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first‑year earnings typically range from $75,000–$85,000 Requirements
