We are an independently owned insurance agency specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance. We take pride in offering personalized solutions and building lasting relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual who is eager to start or grow their career in sales and insurance.

This role is Entry‑Mid Level with a base pay range of $1,000‑$1,500/mo + commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
Learning Sales & Building Relationships:
You’ll work with warm and hot leads to help generate new business while learning how to identify client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.
Networking & Community Engagement:
You’ll begin building connections through community events, referrals, and everyday interactions—developing relationships that help grow the agency.
Cross‑Selling & Client Support:
You’ll learn how to identify opportunities to introduce additional products (Life & Health or P&C) to existing clients while ensuring they feel supported and taken care of.
Team Collaboration:
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that values collaboration, mentorship, and growth. You’ll have guidance from experienced team members and the agency owner as you develop your skills.
Contributing To Agency Growth:
Your efforts in learning, connecting with clients, and supporting sales initiatives will directly contribute to the agency’s success.
Requirements
Entry‑Level or Early Career Candidates:
No prior insurance experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow. You must be willing to obtain your P&C and L&H licenses within 60 days of employment.
Interest In Sales & Helping People:
A positive attitude and desire to help clients find the right solutions is key.
Motivated & Coachable:
Someone who is eager to learn, take feedback, and improve.
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to connect with people and explain information clearly.
Outgoing & Relationship‑Oriented:
If you enjoy meeting new people and building connections, you’ll do well here.
Goal‑Oriented Mindset:
