Responsibilities
Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Capital Markets groups, supporting ongoing and growth-driven hiring needs
Manage full-cycle recruitment across front-office and revenue-generating roles
Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, headcount planning, and talent needs
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to maintain strong candidate pipelines
Assess candidates for technical capability, performance potential, and cultural alignment
Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics
Drive an efficient and high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer execution
Support early career and experienced hire initiatives, as applicable
Partner with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to broaden and strengthen talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and employment laws
Track recruiting metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness
Represent Cantor Fitzgerald professionally in the external talent market
Qualifications
Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets environments
Strong understanding of Capital Markets roles and talent pipelines
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a regulated financial setting
Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required
Salary The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
