About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Onboarding Specialist to drive pipeline generation and support new customer activation during a critical phase of growth for our creative business tools. You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and strong inbound follow‑up, while ensuring new customers launch successfully and experience value early in their journey. You will work with the Customer Experience Team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to share customer insights and improve the overall go‑to‑market motion.

The Day to Day

Drive pipeline generation across outbound and inbound channels, building qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and timely follow‑up.

Research accounts and stakeholders to personalize outreach and uncover business needs, urgency, and fit.

Book qualified meetings with full ownership from first touch through conversion.

Drive sales consultatively across multiple products and adapt positioning as needed.

Lead demos, onboarding calls, and product walkthroughs to ensure smooth setup and accelerate time to first value.

Partner cross‑functionally to improve setup, experience, and conversions.

Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, stage updates, and follow‑up commitments.

Monitor and report on performance metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline created, speed‑to‑lead, and onboarding completion.

Refine outreach messaging, talk tracks, and onboarding processes based on feedback and performance insights.

Collaborate closely across teams to ensure alignment, shared context, and a seamless customer experience.

Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs to support conversion and growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, growth, full‑cycle pipeline roles in a high‑velocity environment.

Proven track record of generating pipelines, advancing opportunities, and closing new business with the ability to position multiple products or tiers effectively.

Experience leading onboarding, kickoff, or early customer activation to ensure strong adoption and time to value.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to drive smarter prospecting, faster execution, and better customer outcomes.

Experience supporting the full customer lifecycle, with strong CRM discipline across documentation, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across prospects and internal teams.

Compensation The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location, and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The expected on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role are $118,000–$120,000 annually, which includes a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus a variable commission component tied to performance against sales or onboarding targets. This range represents our good‑faith estimate of expected compensation at the time of posting.

Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401(K) retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks contained in our standard employee benefits package are also offered for this position.
