Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices and principles
Skills in Sales and client relationship management
Proficiency in market analysis, property listings, and transaction coordination
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
Familiarity with Newport Beach, CA, market is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
