In this role, you will help individuals and families protect their financial future by offering life insurance and retirement protection strategies. You will build relationships, educate clients about their options, and guide them through the process of securing the right coverage for their needs. This is a commission‑based opportunity designed for individuals who want control over their income and growth. Your performance directly impacts your earning potential. What You'll Do
Identify and connect with individuals and families who need financial protection
Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals, financial situation, and protection needs
Educate clients on life insurance options, including term, whole life, and indexed universal life policies
Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media outreach, and marketing strategies
Assist clients through the application and underwriting process
Provide ongoing client service, including policy reviews and claims support
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Compensation Compensation:
$95,000 at plan commission based on performance
