Lending Specialist III

Zing, in collaboration with a financial company, is actively looking for a detail-oriented Lending Specialist who excels in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will act as the liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external teams.
Job Summary
Shifts Available: between 8am to 5pm
Manage deal flow pipeline with Relationship Managers and lead the interaction with internal downstream stakeholders to ensure timely closing
Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders for due diligence, application processing, insurance
Assist with the execution and process flow of the transaction, including escalation of issues and designing solutions that ensure risks are covered through adequate controls and protections
Order necessary documents to complete the file and prepare supplemental documents when necessary
Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking, accrual reconciliations, and daily cash positions.
Ensure initial loan funding and ongoing life of loan activity
Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience: 5-7 years, preferably in banking or a related field
Knowledge:
Highly proficient in all areas of customer service, organizational skill, data input, time management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously within a high volume
Knowledge of commercial real estate and C&I loan documentation
