Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent; Sales Specialist based in Savannah, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing top-tier customer service, conducting property tours, and identifying client needs. Additional responsibilities include compiling market analyses, preparing transaction documents, and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals. Collaboration with team members and adherence to professional and ethical standards are integral to this role.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License in Georgia and/or South Carolina
Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in using technology, including real estate software and market analysis tools
Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic schedules
Experience in the Greater Savannah or Hilton Head real estate markets is a plus
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
