
Asset Management Analyst

We are currently partnered with with a $75B+ Real Estate Investment Manager looking to expand their asset management team by bringing on an analyst. This firm is know for have a strong global brand as well as being invested across all major asset classes.
The Real Estate Management Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing management, valuation, strategy, and performance tracking of a diversified real estate portfolio. The analyst will work cross-functionally with asset management, leasing, development, and finance teams to ensure strategic oversight and optimization of property-level operations. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role that offers significant visibility and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuation & Reporting
Perform property- and portfolio-level valuations using Argus, Excel DCF models, and market comps. Assist with the quarterly and annual performance reporting process, including investor reports and internal dashboards. Analyze KPIs such as NOI, occupancy, leasing spreads, tenant retention, and capital expenditures. Strategic Asset Oversight
Support the development and implementation of property business plans, including lease‑up, repositioning, and capital improvement strategies. Help identify and evaluate value enhancement opportunities across the portfolio. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with property managers and finance teams. Property‑Level Coordination
Liaise with leasing teams to track leasing velocity, assess market dynamics, and benchmark tenant performance. Coordinate with property management on operational issues, rent collections, tenant relations, and expense control. Monitor and assist with renovations, redevelopments, and ground‑up developments, including timelines, budgets, and execution risks. Market & Investment Research
Track macroeconomic and market‑level trends across asset classes and geographies to inform strategy. Conduct ad hoc research on real estate fundamentals, comparable transactions, and emerging submarkets. Candidate Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, property valuation, or RE consulting. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Argus Enterprise); proficiency in valuation and discounted cash flow techniques. Familiarity with leasing structures, property operations, and real estate development processes. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
