Position Full‑time, benefit‑eligible

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9:00‑17:00

Weekends as needed

Compensation $20‑$22 per hour (competitive; subject to adjustment and may not be reflected in this posting)

Responsibilities

Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.

Play an active role in the renewal process.

Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Property Manager.

Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Maintain proper resident and property files.

Process all required administrative forms, reports and related information efficiently and timely.

Ensure the model apartments and target apartments are ready for show, while maintaining clean and orderly work areas and office; be aware of the property’s curb appeal.

Possess thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.

Employ required telephone and sales techniques.

Keep up with current market conditions.

Shop competitive properties and complete market updates.

Maintain a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements.

Be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of the property.

Participate in marketing efforts of the property as directed.

Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.

Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.

Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.

Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Pursue educational opportunities and self‑improvement for personal growth and development.

Perform any other duties the Property Manager assigns that fall within the Leasing Consultant’s job description.
