Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in identifying business problems and proposing effective solutions.
Analyze data sets to identify trends, creating dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Excel) for business performance.
Work with cross-functional teams including product, IT, and operations.
Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Support project management activities and track project progress.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
