A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an
Insurance Servicing Specialist.
Position type:
Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location:
Mclean, VA
Hybrid:
4 days onsite/ 1 day remote
Day to Day Responsibilities
Review and validate insurance policies and certificates for agency loan compliance.
Monitor renewals to ensure coverage meets FHA guidelines.
Communicate with internal teams, lenders, and external partners to resolve insurance deficiencies.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance standards are consistently met.
Provide updates and reporting on insurance monitoring activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on insurance monitoring and compliance.
Knowledge of insurance compliance or risk management.
Agency-side experience is a strong fit due to familiarity with requirements.
Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Pay Range And Benefits Pay Range*:
Between $32 - $38 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
