
Institutional Senior Client Service Analyst

This position resides within the firm’s Client Service and Analytics Team and will grant you exposure to many areas of the business including business development, client service, marketing, portfolio management, operations and compliance.
Job Statement
This position is responsible for coordinating Sterling’s service delivery to the firm’s institutional clients. Provide the client strategy teams with business development support and work with the firm’s institutional strategists to service existing business and facilitate new business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a main point of contact for client and prospect inquiries and requests Lead the set-up of onboarding new relationships including compiling new account documentation, communicating account details to the applicable groups within the firm, following all compliance and regulatory processes, working with investment teams to develop investment guidelines and ensuring that all steps are completed within the designated timeline Oversee the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of client accounts Act as a main point of contact for functional teams within the firm in ensuring client needs and objectives are understood and met Create client portfolio reviews, specifically in the compiling of portfolio-level analytics and incorporating the data into client review materials Maintain all necessary client records to meet compliance and regulatory requirements Coordinating contract details with Sterling legal and the client for various contract types and asset classes Spearheading ad hoc projects with internal teams to further firm and team goals Coordinate and lead calls with prospects and consultants aimed at introducing the firm’s products and capabilities Peer review teammates work to provide exceptional client service Required Qualifications
3+ years of financial work experience, preferably in investments Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experience working under strict deadlines Self-motivated and ability to work independently but also with diverse individuals/groups Must be an effective multi-tasker Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Advent APX, Salesforce and FactSet Desire to continue education through certifications, charters, or security licenses
