The Housing Stability Coordinator‑Domestic Violence position is a full‑time, benefit‑eligible position, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, occasional nights and weekends at our Niagara Falls office located at 607 Walnut Ave. with travel throughout the assigned portfolio. Salary range is $25–$28 /hr.

The Housing Stability Coordinator supports individuals experiencing housing instability, with a primary focus on residents who have experienced victimization, including survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. This role involves conducting trauma‑informed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and delivering ongoing case management and advocacy to increase self‑sufficiency and promote independent living. The Housing Stability Coordinator conducts safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community‑based resources. The overall goal is to support new or existing residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
