The Housing Stability Coordinator – Domestic Violence is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with occasional nights and weekends. The role is based at our Oswego office (68 W. 1st St.) and involves travel across the assigned portfolio. Salary range: $25–$28 /hr.

Responsibilities The Housing Stability Coordinator supports individuals experiencing housing instability, focusing on residents who have experienced victimization, including survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. The role involves conducting trauma‑informed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and delivering ongoing case management and advocacy to increase self‑sufficiency and promote independent living.
The Coordinator conducts safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community‑based resources. The overall goal is to support new or existing residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
