Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years in Auto Lending operations
End‑to‑end understanding of Auto Lending processes, value stream, journey
Strong knowledge of auto lending data flows, controls, and operational metrics
Experience and knowledge of various Auto Lending Channels – Dealer (Indirect), Direct‑to‑Consumer
Experience with digital lending modernization & transformation initiatives
Industry expertise and advisory experience & strategy support
Exposure to LOS/LMS platforms (Defi, RouteOne, Dealertrack, FIS, Client, proprietary systems)
Familiarity with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, state‑level auto lending rules
Understanding of workflow redesign, automation, and AI‑enabled processes
Need to support industry education sessions, AI enablement discussions, and executive‑level presentations
