General Summary The MMA PT Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach’s supervision. They deliver excellent member service and drive revenue from Private Training and Supplements, address member concerns and employee relations issues, and oversee scheduling and time‑keeping activities. They communicate and enforce Company and Club policies and procedures, and are accountable for achieving revenue goals in Private Training and Supplements. The role requires 7‑day a week availability, including morning and night shifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training with members.

Execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours, and close sales of training packages.

Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs.

Generate complementary appointments through in‑person and digital prospecting.

Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout plans; arrive on time for appointments.

Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, workshops, and related events.

Achieve monthly revenue objectives set by the Company for Private Training and Supplements.

Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager and Vice President to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to achieve club sales goals.

Administer company policies related to the sales process.

Independently schedule and manage client appointments, coordinate with clients for sessions or service visits, and maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records while accommodating changes or cancellations.

Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments and collaborate with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and revenue and service goals are achieved.

Handle member service matters: provide tours of the Club, explain services offered by the Coaching Department, and facilitate member sign‑ups for training agreements and appointments. Mediate member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating when appropriate.

Perform administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed, alert Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs, and conduct daily facility walk‑throughs.

Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork.

Comply with operational procedures in the club and perform compliance checks on club systems and employee performance.

Organization Relationships The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, and communicates and enforces all policies and procedures with the Coaching Team.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

In‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.

In‑depth experience and thorough Mixed Martial Arts technical ability related to striking and grappling (MMA PT Sales Manager only).

Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.

Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Strong customer‑service focus; professional response to guests, members, and staff inquiries.

Clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Computer proficiency, basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Required Experience:

Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.

Current CPR/AED certification.

High school diploma or GED.

Preferred: Four‑year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym.

Minimum two years of related experience; experience in management or employee relations preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Regular standing during duties.

Ability to lift, squat, bend, reach, spot, and move up to 45+ lbs; prolonged standing and walking required.
