Human Resources Business Partner II
Holtec International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II to support corporate and engineering functions by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role serves as a key partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning. The HR Business Partner II works closely with managers and associates to enhance organizational effectiveness, ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, and support a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical environment. Minimum required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 58 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Demonstrated ability to support managers in performance management and associate development. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Additional desirable qualifications: Experience supporting engineering, technical, or corporate functions. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP or similar platforms). Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or talent management. Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Specific areas of responsibility: Serve as a strategic HR partner to corporate and engineering leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Partner with managers on performance management, including goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans. Support workforce planning efforts, including headcount planning, organizational structure, and talent needs. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and ensure alignment with business needs. Advise leadership on compensation, promotions, and employee development strategies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Support associate engagement initiatives and help drive a positive workplace culture. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Talent, etc.) to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and organizational initiatives. Facilitate communication between leadership and associates to ensure alignment and transparency. Support change management initiatives within corporate and engineering teams.
