Mortgage Sales Support Role
This role plays a critical role in driving mortgage sales performance by ensuring rapid response to leads, consistent member engagement, and proactive follow-up throughout the loan process. This position is designed to support our Loan Officers by managing lead flow, improving speed to lead, maintaining CRM accuracy, and managing early-stage interactions. It is built to ensure a seamless member experience and drive higher conversion rates through proactive communication and operational efficiency. Role and Responsibilities: Respond to new inquiries within minutes using CRM and automated tools. Qualify leads quickly and schedule appointments with loan officers. Maintain pipeline visibility and prioritize high-intent borrowers. Conduct initial member outreach via phone, email and text. Provide timely updates and reminders to keep members engaged. Track communication in CRM to ensure no borrower is left unattended. Become familiar with Fannie Mae guidelines to evaluate members overall credit/risk standing, perform needs assessment. Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales and service goals, including CRM SLA's. Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations related to mortgage loan origination. Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years mortgage lending preferred. Must excel and have experience in customer and relationship management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical, sales and telemarketing skills. Skillful at prioritizing work and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
