Hours: Standard Working hours

Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Content Journalist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our content marketing initiatives across Elevance-owned platforms. Your work will bring enterprise thought leadership messaging to life, focusing on insights that improve health through a whole health perspective. You will provide fresh insights from thought leaders both within and outside of the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Research, write, edit, and review content for various Elevance channels and social platforms.
• Identify content topics that align with the themes of our thought leadership platform.
• Pitch innovative ideas to the core Enterprise Content Marketing Strategy team.
• Build relationships with contacts and sources that could contribute to our content.
• Collaborate with the Elevance Brand Team, Corporate Communications, and other departments to inform article topics and content.
• Act as a leading voice within the Enterprise Editorial Council.
• Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the Enterprise messaging platform.
• Verify that all materials adhere to internal and external standards, and follow corporate guidelines and approval processes.

Required Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in Communications, Journalism, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or managed care sector is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing experience focused on journalism or brand storytelling in the health space and thought leadership is an asset.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms is preferred.
• Experience with LLM metrics (Large Language Models Search Metrics) is a plus.

Salary Range: For candidates working in person or virtually in the specified locations, the salary range for this position is $83,840 to $150,912.

In addition to salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and incentive bonus programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
