Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicles, services, and dealership policies. Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with various dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Provide informative responses regarding vehicle features, financing options, and service schedules. Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Nice to have
Experience in the automotive industry. Fluency in additional languages. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
