Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist at Reliant Capital Solutions, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, contacting individuals to recover outstanding debts, and negotiating payment arrangements. The role will require maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to assist consumers in resolving their financial obligations.
Qualifications
Experience with Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and consumers
Basic understanding of Finance principles related to accounts receivable and payment processing
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., account management software)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in finance or business is a plus
Previous experience in a debt recovery or collections role is preferred
