Full‑Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do As a key member of the Products Division, you’ll provide essential inside sales and administrative support that keeps operations running efficiently. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Inside Sales & Customer Support
Provide frontline inside sales assistance — you’ll be a trusted resource for customers and the division alike
Greet and assist customers at the front desk, delivering a top‑tier service experience
Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Support A/R account management in coordination with the warehouse manager
Order Processing & Operations
Access and process daily web orders by printing picking tickets and managing order flow
Prepare invoices for payment and process bills of lading daily
Utilize NetSuite to process payments, receive inventory, enter new customers, and more
Upload and maintain product images, pricing, and other information on the division website
Administrative Excellence
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Products Division Director
Handle general office duties: word processing, Excel, correspondence, filing, and mail distribution
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
5–8 years of administrative support experience
Strong attention to detail and high organizational ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
General knowledge of accounting systems, accounts payable, and cash management
Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment
High level of dependability and integrity
Preferred (Bonus Points!)
Experience in tire sales or agriculture/farm products sales
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
