Responsibilities
Assist in configuring and implementing systems based on client or internal business requirements
Support data entry, validation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems function properly before and after implementation
Maintain documentation including workflows, configurations, and process updates
Provide support to users or clients, answering questions and resolving system-related issues
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
Participate in meetings, project updates, and implementation timelines
Assist with reporting, data analysis, and system audits as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, HR, or related field)
1–4+ years of experience in operations, systems support, HRIS, or implementation roles
Strong technical aptitude with experience in systems, databases, or software platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office tools
Experience with SQL, data management, or system configuration is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service mindset with strong organizational skills
