Our client is hiring an Intake Specialist for a high-volume personal injury law firm in Southfield. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and directly impacts whether cases are signed.

phone-heavy, conversion-focused role . Strong communication, urgency, and follow-up matter.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients
Conduct structured intake conversations and qualify cases
Build rapport with injured callers and guide next steps
Document calls accurately and coordinate with the intake team
Follow up with leads to drive signed cases
What We’re Looking For
1+ year in legal intake, inside sales, call center, or phone-based customer service
Confident phone presence and persuasive communication
Comfortable handling emotional conversations
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
On-site availability in Southfield
