Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm | In-Person | Competitive Salary + Benefits
About The Role A busy plaintiff's personal injury practice is seeking an experienced paralegal to serve as the right hand to a trial attorney. This is a full-time, in-person position five days a week. If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, take deadlines personally, and pride yourself on running a tight ship, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Own the attorney's calendar completely - missing a court-ordered deadline is not an option
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Handle all electronic court filings
Coordinate deposition schedules
Manage electronic case files
Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and attend trial, including out-of-town travel
Book all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars
Communicate with clients regularly, primarily by telephone
Maintain clear and professional written correspondence on behalf of the firm
Qualifications
5+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff's personal injury
Experience with trial preparation and trial experience preferred
Strong knowledge of electronic court filing systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A team player who comes to work, ready to perform
