Role You Will Play: As a Multifamily Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding the company’s presence across Florida’s rapidly growing construction market. You’ll leverage your experience selling windows and doors into multifamily and commercial projects to build strong relationships with builders, developers, general contractors, and architects. This role focuses on identifying and developing large project opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle from specification through project completion, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for window and door packages. The ideal candidate understands the construction process, has an established network within the building community, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where strong relationships, responsiveness, and execution drive success.

Base salary up to $75K plus uncapped commission potential, allowing top performers to earn $200K+ annually
