Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (flexible based on experience)

Bonuses & Benefits: $4,000 – $5,000 annually, 401K & match, PTO, Paid holidays and more!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

What You’ll Do As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse book of business while building strong client and carrier relationships.

Manage and service commercial lines accounts for business clients

Handle inbound client inquiries related to premiums, coverage, policy changes, and renewals

Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, and policy updates

Support producers during renewals (focus is on service vs. new business sales)

Assist with writing renewals and occasional new business

Maintain relationships with carrier underwriters

Manage policy downloads and updates through the agency management system

Work across a variety of coverages including:

Business Auto

General Liability (CGL)

Commercial Property / BOP

Workers’ Compensation

Umbrella & Professional Liability

Flood, Tools & Equipment

Utilize Applied Systems (Epic or TAM preferred) and carrier portals for policy management and downloads

Operate within a fully digital, paperless workflow using standard office tools

What You Bring

Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License (Commercial Lines required)

Minimum 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience

Strong communication and client service skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully digital environment

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail
