Job Description
We’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to own Core and Core+ deals in high‑growth companies that are formalizing their security and compliance programs. This role is focused on net‑new revenue in accounts typically buying in the $60K-$150K+ ACV range. You’ll run full‑cycle deals: prospecting into target accounts, qualifying inbound interest, running structured evaluations, and coordinating with security, risk, and finance stakeholders. You’ll be the primary face of LockThreat in this segment and a key driver of our predictable new ARR. This role is ideal for someone who has outgrown SMB/velocity and wants more complexity and ACV without stepping fully into long, political enterprise cycles yet.
Requirements
GRC sales experience (Mandatory)
4–8 years of B2B SaaS new‑logo experience, including full‑cycle ownership
Proven ability to close $60K–$150K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders
Track record of consistent quota attainment in a mid‑market segment
Experience selling into security, IT, risk, or GRC/compliance teams preferred
Able to run structured discovery, evaluations, mutual action plans, and executive summaries
Comfortable multi‑threading across champions, technical buyers, and finance
High standards for forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and CRM discipline
