As an Account Manager, your primary mission is to connect with existing church partners and help them find new value in our curriculum and product, resulting in an upsell. Whether it's guiding a church from a single-campus starter plan to a multi-campus suite, or introducing additional features like our Custom Parent App or Amazing Music, you’ll empower ministries to grow with us. This isn’t just about renewals—it’s about vision. You’ll help churches see what’s possible and expand their impact.

We will train you on our integrated platform, APlay, which delivers immersive curriculum experiences through Orange content and the Amazing Kids library. Our tools help churches serve kids and families in ways that are seamless, engaging, and transformational.

Responsibilities

Own the upsell pipeline for churches who are already customers

Identify growth opportunities by understanding ministry goals, pain points, and needs

Deliver product walkthroughs to introduce new modules or upgraded packages

Drive expansion revenue through quarterly account reviews, proactive outreach, and creative solutions selling

Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention

Forecast and track account metrics using our CRM to maintain visibility and pipeline health

Share insights with Product and Sales to help refine offerings and messaging

Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expansion targets

What You Bring

A coachable mindset, design to learn, and passion for serving churches

Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence—you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and build trust

A strategic mindset—you see the big picture and can guide others to it

Either proficiency or aptitude to learn CRM tools and pipeline management (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bonus If You Have

1 to 3 years of Account Management or Sales experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations

Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, or expansion roles

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client goals

Background in ministry, education, or nonprofit leadership

Experience supporting a product with a tiered or modular structure

Previous work with subscription-based or recurring revenue models
