We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team in Oklahoma City, focused on growing our building automation and HVAC controls business. This role is ideal for someone with a background in BAS, HVAC, mechanical systems, or related fields who enjoys working with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping deliver smart building solutions. You don’t need to be a traditional engineer—what matters most is your ability to understand systems, communicate value, and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, building owners, and end users. Identify new project opportunities across commercial and industrial facilities. Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to develop solutions. Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and system recommendations. Help customers improve building performance, efficiency, and system integration. Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth handoff and execution. Qualifications

Background in building automation, HVAC, mechanical systems, or related industry. Experience in sales, estimating, project management, or field work is all relevant. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients. Self-starter who is comfortable managing relationships and opportunities. Technical curiosity and willingness to learn building automation systems. Benefits
