Responsibilities

Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory

Develop and manage your customer base independently (amateurs, trainers, pro‑riders, barns)

Represent Devoucoux at horse shows

Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service

Requirements

Prior successful field sales experience

Clean driving record and readiness to hit the road

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills; independent and dynamic personality

Passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows

Year 1:

Potential of $55K (total includes base & unlimited commission)

Year 2:

Potential of $65K‑$85K (total includes base & unlimited commission)

Year 3:

Potential of $75K‑$125K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
