Account Executive Salary:

$50,000/year + uncapped commissions

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

On-site in St. Louis, MO

Take Control of Your Career as an Account Executive We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and turning prospects into long-term partners.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business

Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and market analysis

Identify opportunities and position our services to meet client needs

Manage the Full Sales Cycle

Own the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals

Maintain momentum through every stage of the pipeline

Meet & Exceed Goals

Consistently hit or surpass monthly sales targets

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for success

Build Client Relationships

Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and follow-ups

Understand client challenges and present tailored solutions

Provide Ongoing Support

Address customer concerns promptly

Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Stay Organized & Strategic

Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads and interactions

Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals

Network & Grow

Participate in local and online networking events

Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; sales experience a plus (but not required)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Professional presence and ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
