Job Overview Kelly Services has partnered with a leading manufacturer seeking an experienced candidate to support their sales team with back-office quoting and order entry. In this role, you will create quotes for key accounts and collaborate with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and build quotations and pricing models using Microsoft Excel.
Create and format professional quotation documents in Microsoft Word.
Generate, update, and manage quotations within Salesforce, including adding descriptions and relevant details to sales opportunities.
Research and verify pricing information using SAP.
Enter and update order and quote information in SAP.
Receive quote requests from the sales team, check for existing opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinate with other departments to gather necessary quote content.
Collaborate and coordinate with various departments to assemble complete and accurate quotation packages.
Serve as a back-office liaison, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of content and processes related to quotations and pricing.
Distribute finalized and approved quotations to the sales team in a timely manner.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience working in a sales environment.
Prior hands‑on experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Word is required.
Ability to work promptly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
