Field Sales Representative – Produce Partners
Produce Partners is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and growing sales within the food service industry. This role requires regular in-person client visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify sales opportunities and generate new business within assigned territories
Conduct in-person visits to clients and prospects
Present products and services in a professional and effective manner
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and meet revenue goals
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the food service industry
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer service
Qualifications
Fluent in
English and Spanish
3 to 5 years of experience in the food service industry
Proven sales experience and strong ability to build client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
