As a Client Representative, you will engage with customers to deliver top-tier service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, managing accounts, promoting sales growth, effectively communicating solutions, and participating in training programs to develop expertise. You will serve as a critical link between our clients and their customers, striving to meet and exceed expectations in collaboration with a highly driven team.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Effective Communication; ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
Experience in Sales and a results-driven mindset
Passion for Training and continuous personal and professional development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
