Position Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for the comprehensive sales lifecycle, encompassing the identification of new Business‑to‑Business (B2B) opportunities, contract negotiation and closure, and ongoing key account management. This is a high‑impact role designed for a proactive individual who excels in outbound prospecting, corporate networking, and strategic relationship building.
This position requires an active field presence, engaging directly with Office Managers, Property Managers, Human Resources teams, and Event Planners to establish Juan & Only Catering Services as their exclusive or preferred catering partner.
Key Responsibilities The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving organizational growth through the identification, prospecting, and successful closure of new B2B catering contracts and event partnerships. This includes overseeing the entire sales process, from initial cold outreach and lead qualification to comprehensive menu presentations, tasting events, and contract finalization. A key aspect of this role involves cultivating and maintaining long‑term relationships with venues, commercial properties, and event planners to ensure a consistent stream of recurring business. The individual will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate offices, universities, museums, religious institutions, and large‑scale event spaces. Active participation in Chamber of Commerce meetings, industry mixers, and professional networking events is expected to enhance brand visibility and secure new business. Furthermore, the Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or service expansion, while maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client communications within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Performance Metrics (Key Performance Indicators)
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Number of new corporate or venue accounts secured per month.
Conversion rate from initial meeting to signed contract.
Growth in recurring revenue derived from established partnerships.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Closing Acumen:
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing complex deals.
Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional business demeanor.
Sales Drive:
Comfort and proficiency with cold outreach, direct engagement, and high‑level relationship‑based selling.
Technological Aptitude:
Experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for effective sales pipeline management.
Mobility:
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to conduct frequent in‑person meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in catering, hospitality, event services, or commercial real estate sales.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead identification and outreach.
An existing network of corporate or venue contacts within the South Florida market.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$55,000 - $70,000 per annum.
Commission Structure:
