About the Role We’re looking for a motivated
Cannabis Sales Assistant
to support a senior sales executive and help drive revenue growth. This role is client-focused and hands‑on – you’ll be building relationships with dispensaries, tracking sales opportunities, and ensuring our sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sales pipeline management, including tracking leads, follow‑ups, and reporting
Support the executive in planning and executing sales initiatives and client visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries, clients, and vendors
Visit dispensaries and clients regularly to support sales efforts and strengthen partnerships
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel for sales‑related activities
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all client interactions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and streamline processes
Requirements
Must be 21+
Proven customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable conducting in‑person client and dispensary visits
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple sales initiatives
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred
