Key Responsibilities
Follow the established sales process to promote and sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
Build strong customer loyalty through informed listening and effective communication with new, established, and prospective clients
Transform client feedback and criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Customer service experience in a spa-like environment, demonstrating attention to detail, hospitality, and excellent execution
Familiarity with modern office tools; proficiency in scheduling and payment processing systems
Flexibility to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients
