Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate new business and connect job seekers with employment opportunities. This role focuses on building employer relationships, driving placements, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new employer partnerships
Match candidates to open roles and support interview prep
Manage client relationships and follow up on placements
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Goal-driven with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, or 9:00–5:00; 35 hours/week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Work Environment: Business casual, onsite daily, surface lot parking
Bonus eligibility based on successful placements
