Sales Manager - Madison

Underground Printing, Madison, WI, United States

What makes Underground Printing (UGP) unique is delivering the best customer experience through t-shirts and more!

We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non‑profits, retailers, and universities through our store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online through company‑branded and marketplace websites.

Key Responsibilities

Promote UGP’s core values: show up, work hard, be respectful and honest, strive for excellence, do what you say, and promote DEI.

Relay sales and marketing ideas to the Regional Sales Manager.

Work with the National Sales Manager and Head of Marketing to engage customers and drive sales at events and local opportunities.

Responsible for store opening and closing per the checklists, deposit money to the bank, interview, hire, train, and evaluate Store Associates.

Schedule store hours, handle call‑offs, no‑shows, and shift changes.

Coordinate retail displays to maximize sales (stocks racks, cubbies, etc.).

Supervise time‑card approvals, annual reviews, disciplinary actions, and time‑off requests for Store Associates.
