
Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a Junior Salesman to support business development and sales efforts for a company that provides simulation and training technology solutions across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English and can communicate effectively with prospective customers, partners, and internal teams. The position focuses on outbound outreach, lead follow-up, relationship building, and helping move opportunities through the sales process. It is a strong fit for an early‑career sales professional who is organized, coachable, and motivated to grow in a technical sales environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and other channels to identify new sales opportunities
Communicate with prospects and customers in both Spanish and English
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and document key details accurately in the CRM
Support the sales team with follow‑up communication, meeting scheduling, and pipeline updates
Learn and present the company's simulation and training solutions to prospective clients across multiple industries
Build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners in English‑ and Spanish‑speaking markets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up on proposals, product inquiries, and customer requests
Maintain accurate records of prospect activity, conversations, and next steps
Assist with preparing quotes, sales materials, and presentations as needed
Help track sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals
Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related client‑facing role
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with leads and prospects
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with customers from different backgrounds
Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups at once
Basic experience using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, or other sales support tools
Willingness to learn technical products and communicate value clearly to prospective customers
Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment
