Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, with extensive experience working on various construction projects, have great customer service skills, and be able to work with little to no oversight.
Background Candidates who do well in this role typically come from backgrounds such as:
Residential remodeling carpenter
Siding installer or repair specialist
Lead carpenter or experienced field technician
Small-project remodeler
Experienced handyman with strong carpentry skills
Qualifications
5+ years of residential construction experience
in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work
Experience completing general residential repairs and small remodeling projects
Ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
