Sales Operations Coordinator will support the daily execution of sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing, record maintenance, and administrative coordination. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting compliance efforts, and providing cross-functional support to sales, warehouse, and administrative teams.

Order Process & Sales Support: Accurately process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) sales orders

Process large chain and warehouse orders and maintain information and prepare reports.

Utilize documentation management systems (using OnBase) to scan delivery invoices and pickups for record keeping.

Compile and provide documentation required for audits, including internal, independent, customer history, regulatory (TABC), and sales audits.

Order and distribute office supplies as needed and other administrative duties.

File and maintain correspondence and other records as needed.

Process and log sales representative’s deliveries and maintain records.
