Job Summary Responsible for managing Tier 1 support operations, including ticket handling, CPQ issue resolution, contract processing, and supporting sales teams. Acts as an escalation point, drives process improvements, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and escalated Tier 1 tickets, support calls, OEM enrollments, and leads.

Troubleshoot CPQ issues affecting quotes, orders, and contracts.

Process large and non-revenue contracts with accuracy and compliance.

Review contract history and agreements to support pricing and discount decisions.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with billing, contracts, and data teams to resolve issues.

Provide reporting and insights to support sales leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in sales/business operations.

Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ or similar systems (Billing/CLM).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret contracts and work independently in a team environment.
