Your Impact As a regional sales leader, you'll manage, protect, and expand the Qualitrol OEM business at key North American accounts. Your responsibilities include delivering the full sales cycle, meeting accurate quote needs, improving response times, negotiating pricing, and developing strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, proposal, and marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and demand.
Responsibilities Execute sales and support strategies for sustainable growth. Penetrate the region and become the preferred vendor with key accounts. Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales; maintain the regional opportunity funnel in Qualitrol’s CRM. Conduct research and prepare sales reports for the Management team. Exceed regional quotas and manage high‑growth business. Perform sales calls, product trainings, and travel to customer sites as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline. Deep understanding of electrical distribution, generation, and transmission end‑users, and transformer/reactor OEM business. Proven experience structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels. Willingness to travel extensively; proactive planning of customer visits. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; effective communication at all levels. Knowledge of power transformers and reactors. Self‑directed, organized, team play, customer‑first mentality. Track record of winning multi‑million‑dollar quotas and selling technical solutions. Maintained high‑level customer relationships. Ability to lead Voice‑of‑Customer sessions and recommend innovative solutions. Coaching and mentoring other sales members on best practices for key accounts. Cross‑functional strategy and policy implementation experience.
Working Conditions 50% travel with occasional long days; remote work from home office possible. Company provided laptop and cell phone.

Pay Range The salary range for this sales position (including incentives and commissions) is 164,500 – 305,500 (local currency).
