Work Schedule

Training (Onsite – 4 to 6 weeks):

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Post Training (Hybrid):

Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

May be required to return onsite based on performance

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and providers

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

Process medication refills and schedule shipments

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Follow company policies and complete necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

Previous

call center experience preferred

Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Typing speed of

35 WPM or higher

Pharmacy Technician Registration required
